REFUNDS
Refunds for check or money order payments for the full amount are
available until April 19
th.
PayPal refunds for the full amount are available for 45 days or until April 19
th--whichever
is earlier.
If it is more than 45 days since the PayPal payment but before April 19
th refunds
for 95% of the payment amount are available.
