REFUNDS
Refunds for check or money order payments for the full amount are
available until April 1
th.
Credit card refunds for the full amount are available for 45 days or until April 1
th--whichever
is earlier.
If it is more than 45 days since the Credit card payment but before April 1
th refunds
for 95% of the payment amount are available.
